Overview of the Importance of Volunteers

As the Organization becomes established we will be asking for Volunteers to assist the Nonprofit Organization in completing important task and assignments such as assisting with special projects, raising funds, organizing events, and often managing daily responsibilities.

We are seeking a diversity of Volunteers who are talented, skilled compassionate and has a passion to help others.

Volunteers can help assist the Organization in recruiting and training future volunteers for future tasks and assignments.

Volunteers may also be great candidates for fulfilling important roles associated with the Organizations structure while growing knowledge and experience in serving with the Organization.

Volunteers Needed

The Organization is in the process of establishing its mission and is seeking volunteers to assist with these areas of the Organization.

Positions and their Roles

Board of Directors(2 volunteer positions open)

As a board of director you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the Nonprofits legal existence. Determine and Monitor the Organization's Programs and Services. You will also be responsible for selecting officers for the Nonprofit, recruit board members, maintain and evaluate financial solutions and determine appropriate policies and procedures necessary to operate the Organization.

Fundraiser Committee(2 volunteer positions open)

The Fundraiser Committee will assist and work closely with the Board in evaluating and determining the appropriate Fundraiser procedures and methods necessary to benefit the nonprofit mission.

Secretary(1 position open)

As a Secretary you will responsible for assisting the Nonprofit and it's Management with general responsibilities from day to day such as answering calls, document, file and organize paper work, schedule appointments, website management, update personal data information including assist clients with their service needs.

Trustee(2 volunteer positions open)

As a trustee you will be responsible for managing the trust property (Financial obligations).

As a trustee you will be responsible for holding and managing Investment assets for the benefit of  the nonprofit .You will be legally obligated to make all trust-related decisions.
